Introduction:

This is a voltage amplifier that is used in audio power output stages. It is made up of a 2-channel amplifier integrated into a small package that makes possible audio sets miniature and simplifies their design. A voltage amplifier is the simplest type of amplifier.

It gives out a higher voltage than the voltage that was put into it. If there is a restriction on the amount of voltage provided, these amplifiers are commonly used to step up such voltage and thereby increasing the power that comes out of the circuit.
