Each of the two IXD_602 outputs are capable of sourcing and sinking 2A of peak current while producing rise and fall times of less than 10ns. To drive higher current IXYS power MOSFETs and IGBTs, the IXD_614 output is capable of sourcing and sinking 14A of peak current. “We have updated and expanded our family of driver ICs as a natural extension to the wide range of power MOSFETs and IGBTs that we offer. Power MOSFETs and IGBTs need to be driven by robust and smart drivers ICs in order to improve power systems efficiency, reliability and performance.
