Introduction:

The STK-054 is a hybrid IC for the audio power amplifier that mounts discrete components as the audio power amplifier circuit in small space using the original Insulated Metal Substrate Technology IMST. The compact package has been achieved by adopting the low thermal resistances substrate (our conventional model kind ratio).
