MTCH652 Capacitive Touch Line Driver The Microchip MTCH652 is a Driver IC designed to drive High-Voltage Outputs in Capacitive Touch applications. The MTCH652 combines a Boost Converter with 19 Level Shifters to drive up to 19 channels. The device is programmable via a Configuration (CONFIG) registers.
